摘要
分析了目前机械产品三维变型设计的研究现状,指出了其研究不足.基于工程约束、拓扑约束、尺寸约束研究了特征级、零件级、部件级、产品级4种层次的机械产品三维变型设计;结合起重机械金属结构的特点,采用产品主模型、产品控制结构的变型设计方法,实现了选型系列产品的个性化设计;研究了工程图自动调整技术,使三维产品模型变型设计后与之相关联的工程图实现了自动更新.开发了工程化的计算机辅助设计系统,快速生成的图纸能满足企业生产实际要求.本技术已在4个重型机械装备制造企业中得到成功应用,对其他行业机械产品的快速系列设计具有重要应用价值.
The current status of 3D variant design for mechanical component was analyzed, and the exiting disadvantages were pointed out. Four-level 3D variant design including feature, component, assembly, and product was researched. According to the characteristics of hoisting machinery metal structural, the 3D variant design of certain mechanical product by building master model and configurable sketch was presented. The automatic adjustment of engineering drawing based on topology constraint, dimension constraint and engineering constraint has been achieved, which can automatically adjust all the engineering information in associated 2D drawing. Under the support of these technologies, a rapid design system based on 3D CAD platform was developed, which has been carried out successfully in four heavy machinery group companies. The research is significant for promoting the rapid design of the other mechanical product series.
