摘要
采用情境归因问卷,选取白领和蓝领两个阶层作为被试,研究不同社会阶层人的归因倾向。结果发现,1)不同社会阶层的人在归因上存在显著差异,具体而言,白领阶层倾向于内部归因,蓝领阶层倾向于外部归因。2)在归因上不存在性别差异。
Using situational attribution questionnaire and selecting the white-collar stratum and blue-collar stratum as subjects,this study discusses the attribution of people from different social strata.The results are 1） there exists significant difference between white-collar stratum and blue-collar stratum,with the former having the tendency to internal attribution,and the latter to external attribution;2） there is no gender variation in attribution.
