摘要
大学生的学习风气主要体现在学习目标、学习态度、学习兴趣和学习策略等方面,新建本科院校学风不良的一个重要原因在于其发展正处于"青春期"的稚嫩阶段,软硬件环境欠完善,师资培养拔苗助长,专业发展过快等。为此,升本院校要对学生进行入学教育以鼓舞学习信心;利用多种形式对青年教师进行培训以促进其专业成长;专业课必须进行训练以适应毕业应用之需;见习活动要贯彻始终,实习更不应忽视。
College students’ style of study is mainly embodied in such aspects as learning goals,learning attitude,learning interest,learning strategies and so on.One main reason for students’ undesirable style of study in newly upgraded universities is that they are in the adolescence of development,hardware and software environments are less perfect,teacher training spoils things by excessive enthusiasm,and specialities develop too fast.Therefore,newly upgraded universities should give entrance education and intensify the freshmen’s confidence in study;they should use a variety of forms to train young teachers and improve their professional skills;they should train the majors in practice to meet the needs of application after graduation.Besides,work on probation should be carried through to the end and students’ practice should not be neglected.
