摘要
中国教育部公布的最新数字显示:2004年中国高校毛入学率超过19%,实现了由“精英教育”向“大众化教育”的转变。然而,由于教学资源紧缺、教育体制新旧交替、学生生源质量下降、就业压力增加等因素的影响,学校的教风和学风面临严峻挑战。本文从教学指导、教学管理、教育管理三个方面阐述了大众化教育背景下学风建设体系的构建,提出了学风建设的新举措。
The latest digit which Chinese Ministry of Education publishes shows ： in 2004, the college matriculate rate of China exceeds nineteen percents which realizes the conversion from ＂elite education＂ to ＂popularization education＂. But because of influence factors such as pinching resource of running a school , alternation of education system , degrading of students＇ s character , addition of employment pressure , the atmosphere of learning and instruction faces with the rigorous challenge . The author mainly from three systems of instruction guidance , instruction administration , education administration expounds the system of developing universities＇ s atmosphere of a school and presents the new act of developing atmosphere of a school at the background of popularization education.
