在医学诊疗过程中,医患双方存在着医疗信息分布和掌握的不对称,这种情况直接影响医患信任关系的建立和患者对医疗效果的评价。防范医务人员的道德风险,重建医患之间的信任关系,关键在于改革医疗机构的管理体制和运行机制,健全医生的薪酬激励机制。
In the course of patient care, it may occur that doctors and patients have unbalanced grasp of medical information, which directly affects the building of doctor-patient trust and patients' evaluation of medical effects. Improving the operation mechanism, management mechanism and salary incentive mechanism of medical institutions are the key approach to rebuild doctor-patient mutual trust and prevent the moral hazard of doctors.
