A Study on Cherry’s Ingredient and Its Pharmacological Effects

摘要 樱桃果实营养丰富、均衡,并含有大量的维生素(VA,VB,VC)和矿物质(K,Ca,Fe),其铁含量居众果之冠,而糖类、脂肪、热量的含量则较低;尤其富含花青素、各种花色苷、褪黑素、槲皮素、异槲皮素等其他有效成分.大量研究发现:樱桃果实具有显著的药理作用,如可调节睡眠、清除自由基,并具有抗炎、镇痛、抗癌、抗氧化作用,还能预防心血管疾病、降低血糖、延缓衰老等. The fruit of cherry is rich and balanced in nutrition.There are lots of vitamins(VA,VB,VC) and mineral compositions(K,Ca,Fe).The content of iron is the highest among fruit,but it has lower content in carbohydrate,fat and calory.It is especially rich in Anthocyanin,different kinds of Anthocyan,Melatonin,Quercetin,Isoquercitin and other active ingredients.Some study findings show that cherries have some outstanding pharmacological actions such as regulation of sleeping,scavenging of oxygen free radicals,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anticancer,prevention of CVD,lower blood sugar,delay senility etc.
