摘要
国际服务外包是目前国际产业转移的新热点。从承接方视角,以南京为对象,研究国际服务外包中的技术溢出问题,在估算出南京第三产业的TFP(全要素生产率)的基础上,实证分析承接国际服务外包对TFP的影响,验证了承接国际服务外包确实对南京第三产业的技术进步有显著的溢出效应。
At present,international service outsourcing is the new hot spot for international industrial transfer.This paper researches on the technology spillovers effect of international service outsourcing from the view of the service supply partner,with Nanjing as the object.The paper carries out empirical analysis of the effect of undertaking international service outsourcing on TFP on the basis of estimation of the TFP of the tertiary industry in Nanjing,and verifies that undertaking international outsourcing service does have significant spillover effects to the technological progress of the tertiary industry in Nanjing.
