摘要
近年来,我国服务贸易规模不断提高,但贸易结构有待改善。本文在产业内贸易框架下,通过理论和实证分析研究人力资本结构对服务贸易结构的影响。研究表明:高级人力资本对于知识密集型服务贸易出口具有显著影响,在一国整体的人力资本结构中,高级人力资本所占比重越高,可服务出口中知识密集型服务贸易所占比重就越高。在实证分析方面,改进了现有人力资本的计算方法,并根据理论模型利用OECD国家和我国2007—2014年数据,运用动态面板数据广义矩模型(GMM),实证了人力资本结构对服务贸易出口结构的影响。结果表明,高级人力资本是知识密集型服务业出口的重要因素,对国家服务贸易出口结构的改善有很强的解释力,与理论模型结果相符。
This paper constructs intra- industries model with two countries, three sectors to analysis the export structure caused by the differences of human capital distributions between the two countries. This paper proves that in the relative high skill human capital intensive countries, it＇s high skill industry will have more finns compared to the low skill intensive country; and it will export more high- tech products but relative less low - tech products while the low skill intensive country will export less high - tech produce but more low- tech products at the same time. In the empirical study, this paper use the method of two - step GMM in the dynamic panel data model to analysis the effects of export pattern caused by human capital distribution with the data of OECD countries and China within 2007 to 2011. The result shows that high - skilled labor human capital is the key for high - tech and high - knowledge service industry exporting. The strong effects of services export pattern caused by high skilled human capital is the powerful prove of our theoretical model.
