摘要
目的:优化中药水蛭中抗凝血酶活性物质的提取工艺,为中药水蛭中抗凝血酶物质的提取提供科学依据。方法:以测得的水蛭素含量和蛋白质含量计算出水蛭素的比活力作为评价指标,采用正交实验设计法确定最佳的提取工艺。结果:实验确定的最佳提取工艺为:在温度为70℃下提取3次,每次30m in。结论:实验优化了中药水蛭中抗凝血酶物质的提取工艺,为传统中药水蛭中抗凝血酶活性物质的提取提供了依据。
Objective:To optimize the anti-thrombin activity ingredient abstraction technology for the traditional Chinese medicine leech.Methods:Take the orthogonal experiment to choose the optimization abstraction technology.And the specific activity of hirudin,which calculated by the content of hirudin and protein were choosen as the evaluation indicator.Results:The optimum extraction procedure was determined with 70℃ extracting 30 minutes for three times.Conclusion:This method can optimize the anti-thrombin activity ingredient abstraction technology for the traditional Chinese medicine leech,and offer the reference for extract the anti-thrombin activity ingredient from traditional Chinese medicine leech.
