摘要
随机选择1～4胎龄健康黑白花奶牛10头,设为健康对照组(A组);选择1～4胎龄产后健康黑白花奶牛17头,产后立即灌服"益母生化散"250g,为中药预防组(B组);选择1～4胎龄产后胎衣不下奶牛10头,为胎衣不下组(C组);选择1～4胎龄产后胎衣不下奶牛26头,产犊后12h灌服"益母生化散"500g,设为中药治疗组(D组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测奶牛胎盘组织中孕酮、雌激素、前列腺素和血管紧张素的含量,探讨奶牛胎衣不下的发生机理及中药"益母生化散"的防治效果。结果表明,奶牛胎衣不下的发生与胎盘组织中孕酮、雌激素、前列腺素(PGE2)和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量变化关系密切,胎盘组织中孕酮含量的升高,雌激素、前列腺素和血管紧张素含量的降低是胎衣不下发生的重要机理之一。"益母生化散"对奶牛胎衣不下有较好地防治效果,其机制可能与"益母生化散"具有调节胎盘组织的激素分泌等作用有关。
To study occurrence mechanism of the placenta retention and the prevention and cure mechanism of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine ＇Yimu shenghua san＇,the cows were divided into 4 groups：randomly selected 10 cases of healthy Holstein（gestational times 1-4）,as a control group （group A）;post-natal health of Holstein 17 cases （select gestational times 1-4） as prevention group （group B）,received a gavage of ＇Yimu shenghua san＇ 250 g after parturition immediately;Group C as placenta retention,group D as placenta retention treatment that lasted 12 h after parturition was received an oral gavage of ＇Yimu shenghua san＇ 500 g.The changes of progesterone,estrogen,prostaglandins and angiotensin of placental tissue in retained placenta cows were deteded by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.The results indicated that it has a closely relation btween the occurrence of placenta retention and the contents of progesterone,estrogen,prostaglandins and angiotensinⅡin placental tissue lysate.＇Yimu shenghua san＇ could prevent and treat the placeta retention of dairy cows though regulating the secretion of placental hormone.
