基于PAN的水中镉测量方法研究

摘要 研究负载1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的改性聚酰胺富集柱对痕量镉离子的吸附和富集行为,确立负载PAN改性聚酰胺对镉的吸附洗脱条件,据此建立改性聚酰胺负载PAN吸附、富集-原子吸收光谱法测定水中镉的分析方法。结果表明,在中性溶液下,负载PAN改性聚酰胺的富集柱对镉离子有较好的吸附能力,用4mL10%的酒石酸溶液洗脱,洗脱率达到100%,测定镉的线性范围为0~3.5mg/L,检出限为0.34mg/L;大量共存离子对测定无明显影响。此方法用于测定地表水中的镉,回收率92~95%. The behavior of adsorbing cadmium was studied by using a column packed with polyamide loaded with PAN.The conditions of adsorption and elution of cadmium on the polyamide loaded with PAN was confirmed. An adsorptionenrichment procedure with the polyamide loaded with PAN for determination of trace amounts of cadmium by flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been established.Results showed that polyamide loaded with PAN had better adsorptive power in neutral medium for cadmium.The elution efficiency achieved 100% when cadmium was eluted with4 mL of tartaric acid(10%). Detection limit was 0.34mg/L and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0~3.5 mg/L for cadmium. The coexistence elements had no significant influences on the determination of cadmium. The proposed method was applied to determining cadmium in ground water samples with recoveries of 92%-95%.
