摘要
对改性聚酰胺吸附层析柱进行了系统的研究,利用β萘酚橙获得了该柱一系列有关信息,如:最佳聚酰胺涂装量,水洗最佳流速范围,最小水洗用量,饱和吸附量。得出了β萘酚橙在该层析柱上的吸附为单分子层吸附的结论。使用本法在银杏叶黄酮的分离中得到了总黄酮含量超过50%的满意结果。
The adsorption chromatography column of improved polyamide is systematically studied. A series of information, such as the best polyamide coat, the best watering speed zone of the mobile phase, the minimum watering volume, the maximum adsorptive capacity, are obtained for the column by means of β naphthol orange method. The conclusion is that the adsorptive type of β naphthol orange in the column is monomolecular adsorption. This column can be used in the extract of flavonoids from Gingkgo biloba L. leaves with the satisfied result of over 50% total flavonoids content.
