摘要
激光扫描焊接是近几年出现在市场上的一种高效的焊接技术,其针对多点焊接能够提高生产效率2~5倍以上,焊点质量稳定。目前,该项技术主要应用于需要多点焊接的薄钢板,也适合于进行缝焊,特别适用于汽车车身、电池盖帽的高效率焊接。本文描述了扫描焊接技术在国外、国内的科研状况和市场应用情况。
Laser scanning welding is an advanced welding technique used in industry recent years. For multi-spot welding, laser scanning welding can get a 2~5 times production efficiency and stable quality compared with traditional spot welding. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of research and development both in abroad and mainland and application in market. The main application of laser scanning welding is focused in high speed spot welding of sheet, and efficient continuous seam welding, such as car body and battery cap.
