摘要
经济全球化条件下,我国文化软实力建设必须以社会主义核心价值体系为统领,这对于确保我国文化安全来说,具有非常重大的理论与现实意义。但当前被一些人热捧的"普世价值"论却将西方资产阶级价值观念奉为圭臬,实质是当代西方话语霸权及其价值渗透方式的表达,真正目的是企图改变我国社会主义发展方向,是一股干扰和破坏社会主义核心价值体系统领地位、严重影响我国文化软实力提升的错误思潮。我们应该针对其在我国社会泛滥的表现、原因、实质和影响,切实采取各项有力措施,通过坚决反对这种错误思潮来不断提升我国文化软实力。
It should be led by the socialistic core value system to construct the cultural soft power of our country under the condition of economic globalization, which has very important theoretical and realistic significance to our country’s cultural safety. But there is a kind of thought, which reflects the western countries’ ideological hegemony and their values pervading patterns, and is deluging widely in our society now. Its name is the argument of'universal values'which canonizes the western capitalistic values and interferes with constructing the socialistic core value system to change the socialist developing direction of our country. This kind of wrong thought has great harmful impacts on upgrading the cultural soft power of our country. According to its representation, impacts, essential and the reasons why it is deluging widely, we should take all kinds of effective countermeasures to oppose it uncompromisingly to upgrade the cultural soft power of our country.
