摘要 设计了一种NGW型行星齿轮传动润滑结构,利用润滑油随行星架高速转动时产生的离心力远大于其重力的特性,在离心力作用下将润滑油经导油孔引导至行星轴轴承内腔,实现对行星轴轴承连续不间断润滑。经过对单位质量润滑油的受力分析计算,得出了利用润滑油产生的离心力能够实现对行星轴轴承的连续不间断润滑的结论,解决了行星齿轮传动中行星轴轴承因围绕太阳轮公转和自转时不能连续可靠润滑的难题。 The lubrication structure of the NGW planetary gear transmission was designed,which is based on the principle that the centrifugal force of lubricating oil is greater than the gravity when it rotates at a high speed with planetary frame,and uses the centrifugal force to drive the lubricating oil going through oil hole into inner cavity of the bearings on planetary shafts and lubricating the bearings continuously. By the force analysis and calculation for a unit mass of lubricating oil,the result shows that the lubricating oil can lubricate the bearings continuously driven by centrifugal force,which solves the difficult that the bearings on planetary shafts can not be lubricated continuously due to the bearings rotation and revolution around the sun gear.
