摘要
免疫抑制宿主并发肺结核的发病率逐年增加,影像学检查在该类疾病诊断中具有重要作用。本文旨在介绍常见的免疫抑制宿主如艾滋病和糖尿病等患者合并肺结核的影像学表现及发病机制,以提高对该类疾病的认识和影像学诊断水平。
The incidence rate of immunosuppressed host with pulmonary tuberculsis has been increasing year after year.Imaging examination plays an important role in the diagnosis of it. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the imaging appearances and pathological mechanisms of immunosuppressed host such as AIDS and diabetes with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis of immunosuppressed host with pulmonary tuberculosis.
