摘要
目的:探讨白藜芦醇对四氯化碳(CCL4)诱导小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的机制。方法:建立CCL4诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,以血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性;白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量;肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性为检测指标,观察白藜芦醇对实验性肝损伤保护作用的机制。结果:白藜芦醇呈剂量依赖性降低CCL4小鼠血清中ALT、AST活性,降低肝匀浆MDA含量,提高肝匀浆SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性,降低血清中IL-6水平。结论:白藜芦醇可通过抗氧化作用及抑制IL-6表达而产生对肝脏的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of resveratrol on carbon tetrachloride(CCL4)-induced acute liver injury in mice.Methods: The experimental model of liver injury was induced by administration of CCL4 into male mice.The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate amino transferase(AST) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in serum,malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and catalase(CAT) in liver homogenate were measured to evaluate the protective effect and mechanism of resveratrol.Results:Resveratrol in a dose-dependent manner decreased ALT,AST activity,IL-6 concentration in serum and MDA concentration in liver homogenate,increased SOD,GSH-PX,CAT activity in liver homogenate.Conclusion: Resveratrol had protective effect on CCL4-induced acute liver injury in male mice via antioxidant effects and inhibition on the expression of IL-6.
