摘要
目的分析医务人员高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的现患情况及危险因素。方法采取随机抽取法对南宁市医务人员进行健康体检和问卷调查。结果共抽查627名医务人员,高血压、糖尿病和血脂异常现患率分别为11.00%、2.07%和27.11%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,超重/肥胖均进入高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的回归模型。结论超重肥胖是医务人员高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的共同危险因素,控制体重是预防慢性病的重要手段。
Aim To analyze the perralence and the risk factors of hypertendion,diabetes and hyperlipidemia in medical workers. Methods There 627 medical workers were examined. Results The prevalent rate of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia was 11.00%,2.07%,27.11% respectively. By multiple factor no-condition logistic regression analysis,it was found that overweight enter regression models of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Conclusion Overweight is a commen risk factor for hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia in medical workers,and weight controlling is an important method for prerenting and controlling of chronic diseases.
