余热发电闪蒸系统压力分配的优化 被引量:3

摘要 在多级闪蒸余热发电系统中以闪蒸系统为重点研究对象,从理论上推导出系统火用回收率最大时闪蒸系统焓降分配的最优化分配为等焓降分配,结合闪蒸焓降定义推导出各级闪蒸饱和水焓的最佳分配公式,查饱和水及饱和蒸汽的热力性质表得出最佳闪蒸压力值,与计算机编程优化后所得系统火用回收率相比,非常吻合。结果表明:所得公式简单通用,适用于计算机编程,可为各种类型工业余热发电系统选择提供参考。 In multiple-flash waste-heat for flash system as a priority subject.Using this system,it is theoretically deduced that the equal enthalpy drops in the best of exergy recovery rate for flashing trains are the optimum enthalpy drop distribution for electric power generation from waste-heat.Combine braising enthalpy drops definition to deduce each-flash saturated with water enthalpy for optimum distribution formula,check the saturated water and saturated steam table to find into optimum braising pressure values.Compare with exergy recovery rate after computer programming optimize,this paper obtains the optimum braising pressure values are very right.The results showed that the formula is simple and general as well applicable to compile in computer,which is chose by all types of industrial wasted heat power generation system.
