摘要 以新型干法水泥生产过程中产生的废气为热源,建立了3种常规余热发电系统模型,分析了采用单压、双压、闪蒸系统回收水泥生产余热的性能.采用遗传算法对各种余热发电系统进行优化,得出了循环系统对外输出的最大功率及最优参数.研究了热力参数对系统性能影响的规律.对各种余热发电系统进行了分析,指出了提高效率的方向.结论:在给定的余热条件下,双压系统对外输出功率最大,具有最大发电量;采取措施减少余热锅炉中的不可逆损失,可以大大提高余热发电系统的性能. Taking the waste gas from the new dry-process cement production as the heat source, three models of the conventional waste heat recovery power generation system were established. The performance of the single-pressure, dual-pressure and flash system for waste heat recovery from cement production was analyzed and investigated. Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the various heat recovery power generation systems to get the maximum power output and the optimum parameters of the cycle system. Influence of the thermal parameters on the performance of the systems was studied. Exergy analysis was also made for each waste heat recovery power generation system, and ways to improve exergy efficiency were pointed out. Results show that the dual-pressure system has the maximum power output and maximum power generation in the given waste heat condition. In addition, the performance of the waste heat recovery power generation system can be greatly improved by reducing the irreversible loss in the waste heat boiler.
