摘要
采用盆栽试验探讨植物生长调节剂G-ABA和S-ABA对大豆品种‘东农163’(高油品种)和‘东农42’(高蛋白品种)功能叶片硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明,同一品种不同处理间大豆功能叶片硝酸还原酶活性均表现为单峰变化趋势,其中G-ABA影响顺序为:20mg/kg>15mg/kg>25mg/kg>30mg/kg>0mg/kg>35mg/kg,而S-ABA影响顺序为:35mg/kg>30mg/kg>25mg/kg>20mg/kg>0mg/kg>40mg/kg;生育期内不同基因型大豆不同处理间功能叶片硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)的变化动态基本相同,表现为中期高、前期和后期低的趋势;但影响效果高蛋白品种明显好于高油品种。
Effects of two plant growth regulators G-ABA and S-ABA on activity of nitrate reducates (NR) in leaves of soybean were studied, used varieties ' Dongnong 163 ' , which was high fat variety, and ' Dongnong42 ' , which was high protein variety in potted trail. The results showed that activity of nitrate reducates (NR) in leaves showed single peak curve in different treatments, and the influence sequence of G-ABA on activity of NR was as follow: 20 mg/kg〉 15 mg/kg〉 25 mg/kg〉 30 mg/kg 〉0 mg/kg 〉35 mg/kg, and which of S-ABA was as follow: 35 mg/kg〉 30 mg/kg 〉25 mg/kg 〉20 mg/kg 〉0 mg/kg 〉40 mg/kg. The activity of NR of different varieties showed higher in middle period and lower in prophase period and anaphase period under different treatments. The effect of PGRs on NR showed that variety of high fat was better than which of high protein.
