摘要
加热温度对膨润土磁性影响规律是铸造旧砂采用磁分离技术再生的基础。研究表明:随着温度的变化,有效膨润土和失效膨润土磁性变化范围不大,高温下失效膨润土的磁性反而升高。膨润土在不同温度加热后仍属于弱磁性物质,因此很难从粘土砂中采用磁分离技术分离出有效膨润土。高温下失效膨润土的磁性反而升高的原因可能是生成了多种不同较高比磁化率的物相,尤其是铁磁性物质和辉石矿物。
The heating temperature effect on magnetism of bentonite is the basis of reclamation of foundry used sand by magnetic separation technique.The research results show that:variation range of magnetism with temperature of effective and ineffective bentonite is small,and magnetism of ineffective bentonite even increases at high temperature;the bentonite is always a weak magnetic substance despite of heating at different temperatures,so it is difficult to separate effective bentonite from clay sand by using of magnetic separation technique;magnetism rise at high temperature of ineffective bentonite may be caused by the generation of various phases with high specific susceptibility,especially ferromagnetic substances and augite minerals.
