摘要
钢丝绳作为工程承载构件,在使用的过程中会发生疲劳、断丝、锈蚀、磨损甚至骤断现象,并且由于钢丝绳是强铁磁性物质,所以目前钢丝绳的继丝检测主要是通过磁检测,针对线圈及霍尔元件2种不同的磁检测方法,分别进行了对比实验,并分析了实验结果。
As a carring component in construction, wire rope is inevitably to undergo fatigue, fracture,corrosion, abrasion, and even sudden break during its operation. Moreover, since wire rope belongs to ferromagnetic material, its present detection is mainly realized through magnetic detection. This paper attempts to compare two different magnetic detection methods, namely coil and Hall element, compare their experiment process and analyze the experiment results.
