摘要
以泉州市东海新区为例,通过确定规划区主要的景观过程,划分生态功能区域与进行生态适宜性评价,建立保障地域特色的生态基础设施,在宏观尺度上建立洪水安全格局、生物多样性保护安全格局和游憩景观安全格局等规划城市空间发展格局和形态,并整合这些安全格局以引导和框限城市新区的总体空间发展格局。通过研究提出了以山、海、江、城为地域特色的景观格局,以"三源四廊"为景观结构的生态与景观安全格局规划方案。
