摘要
目的:分析北京市宣武区8家社区卫生服务中心护理人力资源配置的现状及存在的问题,探究适合宣武区在新医疗改革条件下合理的社区护理人力资源配置方法。方法:在综述文献的基础上,对北京市宣武区8家社区卫生服务中心2009年6月30日之前实际在岗的129名社区护士的相关资料进行了分析,并与北京市相同指标进行了比较;采用Epidata3.1建立数据库,双录入进行质量控制,使用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:宣武区实际在岗社区护士年龄老化,数量不足,专业素质较差,与北京市总体水平相当且职称低。结论:合理设置社区护士编制,开源节流,使现有社区护士的效用最大化,健全相关的配套政策是优化宣武区社区护理人力资源配置的有效途径。
Objective:To analyze the status and problems of nursing human resources allocation of 8 community health service center in Xuanwu District,and to explore a reasonable allocation method that is suitable for Xuanwu District in the new health care system reform.Methods:On the basis of literature review,we carried out an analysis of relevant information about the 129 community nurses,who were actual on-duty in the prior to June 30th,2009 of 8 community health service centers in Xuanwu District of Beijing,and compared that with the same indicator of Beijing;We established a database and input the data in pairs for quality control by using Epidata3.1,and analyzed the data statistically by Spss13.0.Results:The community nurses of Xuanwu District were aging and insufficient.The professional quality was poor and the result was equal with the overall level of Beijing with the professional title being at a low level.Conclusion:With the method of setting a reasonable organization of community nurses,broadening sources of income and reduce expenditure,and strengthening supportive policies related to community care is an effective way to optimize the nursing human resources of Xuanwu District.
