摘要 目的建立小鼠子宫内膜异位症模型。方法取雌性未交配性成熟昆明小鼠10只,术前雌激素诱导,麻醉后开腹取右侧子宫,将自体子宫内膜种植于右侧腹壁内,术后第21天取出异位组织,进行组织形态学观察。结果 10只小鼠除1只麻醉意外死亡外,另9只小鼠种植异位内膜均在腹壁内生长良好,呈隆起囊状小包块,内有黏液,具有正常子宫内膜基本组织结构,造模成功率为90%。结论此手术方法建立的小鼠子宫异位内膜生长良好,为子宫内膜异位症的研究提供了更多选择。 Objective To establish an endometriosis(EMs) model in Mice.Methods 10 Female KM virgin mice with sexual maturation were induced by estrogen injection prior to operation.During the laparotomy,a part of right uterus was taken and the endometrium was implanted on the right abdominal wall.The ectopic endometrium was taken out at 21 days after implantation,examined by the methods of histology and immunohistochemistry.Results One mouse died because of anesthetic accident,nice mice survived,and the ectopic endometrium growing in the abdominal wall formed a cystic mass with a large cavity containing much mucus.It showed an endometrial structure similar to that of normal endometrium.The success rate of this method was 90%.Conclusion The ectopic endometrium established by this method grew well,which suggests that the mice model established by this method is suitable for endometriosis research.
