正畸腭扩展矫治的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 正畸腭扩展可分为机械力扩展和磁力腭扩展。机械力扩展又分为快速腭扩展和慢速腭扩展,快速腭扩展能达到最大限度的骨性改变,但因为力量大,作用迅速可导致牙根的吸收,扩弓后容易复发;慢速腭扩展更接近牙的生理性移动,力量轻微,作用缓慢,但其牙效应明显大于骨效应;磁力腭扩展以钕铁硼作为载体,可有效控制磁力大小,兼具了快速、慢速腭扩展的优点,并通过磁场的作用促进组织的改建,是一种有潜力的腭扩展方法。
