摘要
目的以电子病历为主的医疗机构信息化理论,来说明信息化是保证实现新医改目标的重要手段。方法从医疗机构管理信息化、管理层面的多维数据信息化、医院建设信息一体化、药品流通体制信息化、医改与信息化等方面阐述信息化的重要性。结果与结论构建医疗机构信息平台,在全国形成统一的医疗信息管理体系,从而实现新医改目标。
Objective By electronic medical records-based medical information theory,it was explained that informationization is the important way to get to the target of the new health care reform.Methods Based on studying the informationization of the IT application in management of medical institution,multidimensional data of management level,information gleichschaltung of hospital construction,the informationization of the drug distribution system and health care reform,the essentiality of informationization was discussed.Results and Conclusion This paper discussed the important way to get to the target of the new health care reform by forming the nationwide unified HCIMS through the information network platform of medical institution with the core of EMR.
