摘要
医院进行信息化建设,其重要任务之一就是要进行流程再造。通过对门诊就医流程进行系统分析,可以找出其中存在的若干关键问题,提出切实可行的解决方案,设计出信息化模式下重组后的门诊流程。
In hospital IT improvement and management, one of the important tasks is to provide a feasible solution in re-organizing outpatient medical services processes based on information system. By analyzing the outpatient clinic service processes and finding out the key problems then design a re-organized practical IT style outpatient clinic service processes.
