摘要
采用原位合成法制备磁性凹凸棒土。通过正交试验,研究了制备过程中反应温度、反应时间、Fe2+浓度以及热处理温度对产品磁性能的影响,结果表明影响产品磁性能的主次顺序为反应温度>反应时间>体系中Fe2+浓度>灼烧温度;并得到优化的制备工艺条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间60 min,体系中Fe2+浓度0.05 mol/L,灼烧温度300℃。
Magnetic attapulgite is prepared by in-situ synthesis. The factors which affect the magnetic performance in the preparation process are optimized by orthogonal design, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, Fe2+ concentration and the calcination temperature of activation treatment. The results show that the major and minor factors affecting the magnetic performance of the product are reaction temperature 〉 reaction time 〉 Fe2+ concentration 〉 calcination temperature of activation treatment. And the optimized preparation conditions are reaction temperature of 80℃ ,reaction time of 60 rain, Fe2+ concentration of 0. 05 mol/L, calcination temperature of 300℃.
