摘要
极谱法研究表明:NaH_2PO_2、H_3PO_3的存在能抑制Fe^(2+)的析出,并导致Ni-Fe合金电沉积中的异常共沉积转为正常共沉积现象。欲提高沉积层中Fe的含量,需通过提高镀液中Fe^(2+)浓度或增大Ni^(2+)的阴极极化来实现。
The effects of NaH2PO2 and H3PO3 on Ni2+ and Fe2+ in solution of electroplating Ni-Fe-P alloy were studied by polarography. The results showed that existence of NaH2PO2 and H3PO3 inhibited the deposition of Fe2+and led to. the codeposition of alloy from abnormal to normal codeposition. Improving content of iron in the deposit can realize by increasing concentration of Fe2+ or increasing cathodic polarization of Ni2+.
