摘要
以辽宁青年男篮和沈阳体育学院男篮为研究对象,采用8通道ME6000型肌电测量仪、Foot-scan insole足底压力测量仪和运动录像,对运动员跳投时腹背及下肢肌的IEMG、肌肉做功负荷百分比、肌肉的激活顺序以及足底压力参数进行分析。研究结果显示:不同的肌肉在跳投的不同阶段发挥着不同的作用;不同位置篮球运动员的IEMG、RMS存在差异;腹直肌的做功/负荷百分比相对于其他的肌肉较低;不同位置队员跳投时各肌肉被激活的顺序不同;跳投蹬地阶段足底压力中心基本在一条直线上移动,且变化比较均匀,波动比较小。建立了篮球运动员跳投过程中肌电信号和足底压力曲线的同步测量模型,以此加深教练员对跳投运动规律的认识,指导运动员进行科学的跳投训练。
Using the measurement of IEMG,foot-scan insole and video,the IEMG and foot pressure of jump shoot for young basketball athletes who come from Liaoning young male basketball team and basketball team of Shenyang Institute of Physical Education were tested.The results showed that each mus-cle played different role during the jump shoot;There existed obvious difference in IEMG of erector spinae and rectus abdminis for different position;The percentage of load was different when the athletes in different position jumped and shoot;The sequence of the discharging was different for different posi-tion athletes;The foot center of gravity of high grade athletes moved on the straight line and changed evenly.The synchronizing form of the IEMG and foot pressure can make us recognize deeply action rule.
