摘要
本文针对新疆巴里坤膨润土原矿性质,试验研究以最大限度降低提纯成本为原则,经充分试验,最终采用原矿未经钠化提纯工艺路线,在2 000r/min转速条件下达到了离心分离效果,脱盐率达到了90%,提纯后蒙脱石含量由75%提高到93.7%的试验预期指标,提纯工艺简单,成本低廉,且节能。
Targeting on raw mineral properties of Balikun bentonite in Xinjiang,and following the principle of decreasing the cost in a large extent,a lot of experiments were fully carried out.The centrifugation effect was eventually achieved at the rotational speed of 2000r/min by introducing the process route of raw mineral without sodium treatment.The rate of desalination arrived at 90%.After the purification,the content of montmorillonite increased from 75% to 93.7% of expected value.The purification process is simple with low cost and energy conservation.
