摘要
教师是教育质量之本,师资是高等教育的基本资源。提高教师的教学和科研水平,最大化地开发现有教师资源,成为高校人事制度改革的重要内容。在此背景下,已在企业界逐步推广、应用的"绩效管理"思想与方法,被引入到高校如何实施有效的教师管理研究中。教师岗位聘任制,以及教师职称聘任上以绩效为依据的评价机制,体现了绩效管理在高校教师绩效管理上的初步探索。
