摘要
针对选择合理的浇注系统在塑料模具设计中的重要性,在注塑模具设计中采用CAE分析软件MoldFlow对模具浇注系统进行了优化设计。对洗衣机主控板注塑成形过程进行了模拟分析,并通过对不同浇注系统设计方案的比较,确定了较优的设计方案。有效减少了试模、修模次数,提高塑件成形质量,且降低了制造成本,缩短了开发周期。
Due to the importance of choosing appropriate gating system in the design of plastic injection molding,a CAE software,Moldflow,is applied in the optimization design of gating system of the injection mold.After simulating the injection molding process of the control board in a washing machine,several different gating system designs are compared and the optimized design is found.By carrying out the simulation and optimization process,the workload of mold trial and modification is reduced and the designing period is shortened.As a result,the cost of manufacturing is reduced.Also,the quality of the product is improved.
