摘要
采访权是记者在从事采访过程中的一项重要权利,但学界对采访权的研究却还处于初级阶段。本文主要梳理了近年来学界对于采访权研究的现状和进展,将学界对于采访权的研究归纳为如下方面:采访权的含义与性质、采访权的限制与救济、对采访权基于规范主义的探讨。这种梳理将为采访权的深入研究奠定基础。
The right to gather news is an important right the journalist has during the interviewing.But the study on the right is still at the preliminary stage.By the way of analysis and comparison,we conclude the studies on the right as follows the definition and the nature of the right;the restrictions and relieves on the right;the analysis on the right according to the norm.We contend that the analysis and comparison will prompt the study on the right to gather news.
