摘要
学生教学信息员制度是高校教学质量监控系统的重要组成部分,在教学管理中起着监控、桥梁和钮带作用。建立学生信息员制度,应明确遴选标准、规范聘任程序、实行分级管理、明确各级职责、构建高效率的运行机制。加强和完善学生教学信息员制度的举措:提高认识,加强宣传,增强认同感,为学生信息员工作的开展营造良好的氛围;重视和完善管理制度建设,提高学生参与教学管理的积极性和主动性;创新工作方式,畅通信息反馈渠道,提高信息传递、反馈的时效性和效率。
The system of student information staff is an important component of teaching quality monitoring system for higher schools,and it takes effect of monitoring,bridges and bond in the management.It is necessary for clearing the selection criteria, standardizing employment program,executing hierarchical manage and clearing duty at all levels, building efficient operation mechanism when establishing the system of student information staff.This paper puts forward some measures to strengthening and perfecting the system such as：raising awareness,intensifying publicity and education,enhancing sense of identity,building working environment;appreciating and improving the construction of management control system,fully performing,improving the drive and initiative of student＇s joining in teaching management,innovating work pattern,clearing the ways of feedback,improving the aging and efficiency of Information and feedback and so on.
