摘要
学术质量是高校学报的灵魂,因此,高校学报在提升质量的过程中,要从研究编辑主体入手,倡导学术意识、策划意识和信息意识,善于发挥编辑的主体作用,开展创造性的工作,确保高校学报质量的有效提高。
Academic quality is essential to the journals of Higher Institutions. Therefore, senses of academy, planning and information should be stressed to enhance the qualities.
