多点成形缺陷分析及消除方法研究

摘要 在对多点成形中的压痕和阶梯效应等缺陷形成原因进行分析的基础上,提出了利用磁场力吸附磁性材料粉末填充单元体与单元体之间凹坑,达到消除多点成形中压痕和阶梯效应等缺陷的新方法。 Through analyzing the cause of dimpling and step effect in multi-point forming process,the methods to restrain dimple and step effect are suggested which fill up the pits between the ends of the pins with the ferromagnetic material powder.
