高效苯酚降解菌的筛选及其特性的研究

摘要 从沈阳北部污水处理厂的活性污泥中筛选出一株具有降解高浓度苯酚的菌株SGER2并研究其降酚特性;经初步鉴定该菌为球菌,革兰氏染色阴性。实验结果表明:降解苯酚的最佳条件为:温度30℃、pH值7~8,葡萄糖浓度1500mg/L、接种量10%、装液量50mL。 From the activated sludge of Shenyang North Sewage Treatment Plant, a high concentration of phenol degrading strains was selected and the phenol SGER2 features were studied. The bacteria was identified preliminarily as Gram-negative bacteria. The results showed that the best conditions for phenol degradation temperature were as follows: temperature 30℃, pH 7-8, glucose concentration 1 500 rag/L, inoculating dose 10%, liquid volume 50 mL.
