摘要
采用热喷涂+激光重熔工艺,在Q235低碳钢板上制备了Ni60涂层,对涂层微观组织、硬度分布规律进行了分析。结果表明:涂层经过激光重熔后,外观质量良好,无裂纹缺陷,其组织组成物包括γ-Ni固溶体、碳化物、硼化物+γ-固溶体的弥散共晶体,与基体之间以冶金方式结合;涂层的平均硬度达到375HV0.2,是基体的2~3倍。
Ni60 coating formed on the surface of Q235 steel was obtained by a combined flame spraying and lasersurface remelting process.The microstructure and microhardness of the coating were analyzed.The results show that the appearance quality of the coating afterlaserremelting is good and has not cracks.The coating microstructure is mainly composed of γ-Ni solid solution,boride,carbide+γ-solid solution eutectic.There is an excellent metallurgical bonding between the coating and the substrate.The microhardness of the coating is 375HV0.2,which is 2~3times higherthan that of the substrate.
