摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Lu2SiO5:Ce粉体。基于X射线衍射、透射电镜、紫外-可见激发发射、X射线激发发射和荧光衰减时间的测试,研究了溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米Lu2SiO5:Ce粉体的物相结构和发光性能。结果表明:在1000℃煅烧2h得到粒径约为40nm的纯Lu2SiO5:Ce粉体;其激发谱中的最强激发峰在360nm处,发射谱中在398~407nm范围有以407nm为中心的宽发射峰,归因为Ce3+的4f-5d间的电子跃迁。在X射线激发下Lu2SiO5:Ce粉体的发光表现出二级发光衰减行为,衰减时间分别为τ1=10.98ns和τ2=39.32ns,相应的发光强度比例分别为73.38%和21.29%。
Cerium-doped lutetium silicate(Lu2SiO5:Ce) powder was prepared by the sol-gel method.Based on the measurements of X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,photoluminescence,X-ray excitated emission and luminescence decay time,the phase structure and luminescence properties of the nano-scale Lu2SiO5:Ce powder were investigated.The results show that the pure crystalline Lu2SiO5:Ce with uniform size of about 40 nm is obtained after calcined at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h.The strongest excitation peak of Lu2SiO5:Ce powder locates at 360 nm in excitation spectra,and a broad emission peak with a centric wavelength of 407 nm is located at around 398-407 nm in the emission spectra excitated by 360 nm,which corresponds to the typical 4f-5d electronic transitions of Ce3+.The X-ray excitated emission spectra exhibit that the Lu2SiO5:Ce powder has short decay luminescent behaviors,and the two fitted decay time τ1 and τ2 reach 10.98 and 39.32 ns,which account for the luminescence intensity of 73.38% and 21.29%,respectively.
