摘要 根据飞机起落架冷挤压内螺纹的成形过程,建立了冷挤压内螺纹接触应力与挤压力的力学模型,通过合理假设及取定挤压过程中的各工艺参数,计算出了挤压变形区工件沿挤压丝锥棱齿法向的接触应力及挤压力,并对切向挤压力实际测量数据与模型计算数据进行对比。结果表明,切向挤压力的理论计算与实测变化趋势基本相同,切向挤压力在整个冷挤压过程中的平均值相当,实测切向挤压力峰值接近于理论计算挤压力的峰值,验证了该内螺纹冷挤压力学模型的有效性。而一般切向挤压力计算值要比试验值略小些,主要由挤压丝锥锥部前端金属堆积与摩擦条件的变化引起。 According to the forming process of internal thread during cold extrusion for aircraft landing gear,the mechanical models of contact stress and extrusion force during the cold extrusion process are built.Through developing reasonable propositions and determining the technological parameters in the internal thread extrusion processes,the contact stress along the normal direction of the tap-teeth and the extrusion force are calculated,and the measured data and the calculated data of the tangential extrusion force are analyzed.Results show that the variation tendency of the measured data of the tangential extrusion force is the same as the calculated data,and their medium values in the whole extrusion processes are the same.The measured peak value is close to the calculated one.It demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed mechanical model.The calculated value is slightly smaller than the measured value.It is mainly engendered by the metal accumulation at the front end of the petrous pyramid of extrusion tap and the change of the friction condition.
