摘要 目的探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射显像/电子计算机断层扫成像(18F-FDG PET-CT)在肺癌诊断和分期中的应用价值。方法对67例经病理或随访被证实为肺癌的患者的PET-CT检查结果与影像学检查结果(薄层增强CT和HRCT)进行比对分析。结果 18F-FDG PET-CT的灵敏度、阴性预测值、准确率均优于CT(P<0.01)。结论 18F-FDG PET-CT在鉴别诊断肺部肿瘤中将PET代谢学特征密切结合CT的形态学相结合,可以对肺癌进行明确诊断与分期,可大大提高各项诊断效率,达到优势互补的目的。 【Objective】Discuss 18 F-deoxidization glucose positive electron the value applying in launching the display/electronic computer fault sweeping imaging(18 F-FDG PET-CTs) diagnosing and dividing into different period in lung cancer.【Methods】Examine that result and the portrait learn to go over result(thin layer strengthens CT and HRCT) carries out a ratio to 67 example PET-CTs by that pathological mechanism or the follow-up is confirmed the patient who is lung cancer face to face analytical.【Results】18 F-FDG PET-CTs sensitiveness,CT of feminine gender without exception better than forecasting value,accurate rate(P〈 0.01).【Conclusion】18 F-FDG PET-CTs morphology establishing closer union CT in the characteristic distinguishing diagnose lung tumour Lieutenant General PET study of supersession looks at and appraises union,can carry out the diagnose and periodization clear and definite on lung cancer,may improve various diagnose efficiency greatly,achieves advantage is complementary purpose.
