柠檬酸代替AgNO_3对香石竹切花保鲜效果的研究 被引量:11

摘要 试验采用3种不同浓度的柠檬酸、蔗糖与K2SO4组成不同的切花保鲜配方,研究了用柠檬酸代替Ag+对香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus L.)切花的保鲜效果。结果表明,各种配方均能不同程度地提高切花的观赏价值,延缓切花衰老进程,其中以3%蔗糖+100mg/L K2SO4+60mg/L柠檬酸配方的效果最佳,可使香石竹切花保鲜效果与含有Ag+配方的保鲜效果最接近。 Silver salt was usually used as preservation in cut flower. But it contained a very high biological toxicity. The preserving effects of citric acid, sucrose and K2SO4 instead of Ag+ on Dianthus caryophyllus L. cut flower were studied. The results showed that all kinds of formula could prolong the life of cut flower. The treatment of 3% sucrose +100 mg / L K2SO4+ 60 mg / L citrate was the best and equivalent to the effects of Ag+.
