摘要
目前我国正处在轨道交通的快速发展时期,如何促进轨道交通建设与城市协调互动发展成为现阶段亟需研究的重要课题。通过从城市交通系统与城市土地利用方式两者之间存在的相互联系、制约的循环关系入手,讨论了不同的交通系统决定了不同的城市空间拓展模式和城市土地利用方式,通过例举借鉴国外轨道交通建设与城市互动发展的有益实践,进一步提出对我国发展轨道交通与城市互动发展的几点思考,对我国轨道交通发展及城市建设具有一定的指导意义。
Today China is experiencing a rapid development in the rail transportation,the relation between the rail transportation construction and to the harmonious and interactive development of the cities becomes so criti-cal in the present time.Starting from the interactive relation and dependency between the urban transportation and land use,the paper presents that the different transportation system determines the urban space expansions and land uses.Based on the beneficial practice and experience in the rail transportation construction and the ur-ban interactive development in other countries,the paper puts forward some thoughts about China＇s urban rail transportation construction and urban interactive development,which is of some significance in the China＇s rail transportation development and urban construction.
