摘要
对同时考虑构件弹性和转动副间隙的空间机构进行了动力学研究。提出了一种新型空间间隙转动副的连续接触模型。以此模型采用有限元法,建立了同时考虑构件弹性和转动副间隙的刚弹耦合方程,并给出了数值解。计算结果显示,间隙对弹性构件的振动有较大影响。
Considering simultaneously component elasticity and bearing clearance, the dynamics of the spatial mechanism was studied. A new type of continuous contact model was developed for a spatial revolute joint. Using this model, a coupling dynamic equation for the mechanism with elastic and stiff members was set up by finite element method and a numerical solution was given. The solution shows that the clearance has considerable influence on the vibration of elastic component.
