摘要
[目的]总结EMA-CO方案治疗妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤不良反应的预防及护理措施。[方法]对37例妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤病人采用EMA-CO方案化疗,同时加强了不良反应的预防及护理。[结果]本组病人完全缓解25例,部分缓解12例;发生不良反应:脱发37例,骨髓抑制19例,消化道反应15例,静脉炎9例,肝功能损害12例,口腔溃疡6例及肾功能损害2例。[结论]加强妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗病人护理可预防和减轻化疗不良反应。
Objective：To summarize the prevention and nursing measures of adverse reactions of EMA-CO plan to treat gestational trophoblastic tumor patients.Methods：A total of 37 patients with gestational trophoblastic tumor accepted EMA-CO plan chemotherapy,at the same time the prevention and nursing care of adverse reactions were strengthened.Results：There were 15 patients alleviated completely and 12 patients alleviated partially.There were also some patients had adverse reactions：37 cases had baldness,19 cases had the marrow suppresses,15 cases had the digestive tract responds,9 cases had the phlebitis,12 cases had the liver function harms,6 cases had the oral cavity ulcer and 2 cases had the kidney function harms.Conclusion：To strengthen the nursing of chemotherapy patients with gestational trophoblastic tumor could prevent and reduce adverse reactions of the chemotherapy.
