摘要
介绍了油库分布式数据采集和控制系统的设计方案。该系统采用RS485总线,以PC机为主控机,单片机为分布式从机.在主机与从机的通信接口中采用了TI公司的RS485接口芯片75LBC184,介绍了其原理及接口电路;使用TI公司的精密高速运算放大器TLC4502采集模拟信号并进行放大,给出了设计电路;采用了串行A/D转换器TLC1549将模拟信号转换为数字信号,介绍了其原理及转换程序。
This paper introduces a design plan of the distributive data collection and control system for an oil tank.In this system,the RS485 bus is adopted,the PC is used as the host computer and the MCU as the slaver.The RS485 interface chip 75LBC184 from TI Incorporated is used in the communication interface.The principle and interface circuit are presented in detail.The high speed amplifying chip TCL4502 of TI is adopted to amplify the analog signals,design circuit is also given.The principal of A/D convert and the program are put out.
