摘要
给出了一种基于AVR单片机的数字式SF6气体密度继电器的设计方法。本系统采用Atmel公司的ATMega16微控制器做主处理器,将由前端的数字式温度传感器(DS18B20)和压阻式应变片压力传感器采集的数据与设定阈值进行比较,产生相应的动作控制以SF6作为填充气体的高压电器的关断。同时将采集到的数据通过RS485总线传到中心监控机房的监控主机上,再由监控主机通过EIA-232总线传给PC机上的监控软件的人机界面上,再由工作人员根据显示的实时数据作出决策。
A new design of SF6 gas density relay based on AVR microcontrollers is introduced. The controller's CPU is the ATMega16 microcontroller. DS18B20 (Dallas) is adopted to measure the temperature of SF6 and KYB1807 is adopted to measure the internal-power of SF6. Then two limits to each physical value above are assigned. When the measurement value of SF6 is beyond the limit, the controller will yield the on-off operation. At the same time, these values are transmitted to the main supervisor by the communication protocol of RS485.
